SAY HELLO TO THE WOOSH POWER COUPLES

Like gin and tonic, and PB and J, some things are better together. Of course, most things also work incredibly well solo (gin shots anyone? No?), but match them up and you’ll struggle to find more perfect partnerships.

Makeup is no different. Here at Woosh, we believe makeup formulations should always work in absolute harmony. After all, makeup should be simple-to-follow and, most importantly, stress-free. But, while ALL of our products combine to make the perfect dream team, some dynamic duos truly stand out.

On that note, behold five of our favorite makeup power couples…

1. The Lip Sitch

As we’re sure you’re aware, we’re known for our incredible, refillable palettes that make applying makeup easy and fun. Not to mention the fact that they’re free of single-use plastic which pleases the planet just as much as your beauty routine.

But we offer so much more than makeup palettes. Our Spin-On® Lip Gloss, for example is a huge fan favorite. Totally non-sticky and  gorgeous this lip-enhancing gloss comes in eight wearable shades that don’t get on your teeth nor gunk up your hair (IYKYK!). Instead, they stay on your lips, dousing them in hydrating hyaluronic acid and looking absolutely fabulous for hours.

2. Blush & Bronzer

Many people think they’re either a blush or a bronzer type of person. But who says you have to pick sides? Truth is, these two are quite different. More than that, they’re awesome when worn together.

Of course, Blush is the OG for adding a subtle wash of color to your cheeks. Nothing else comes even close. But Bronzer? Bronzer is best applied to the high points of your cheekbones, down your nose and across your forehead, giving warmth to your skin while helping to define your features and face shape. Sure, you can use bronze on the apples of your cheeks to give yourself a sun-kissed glow but your cheeks should looks similar to the color your natural skin turns when you’re embarrassed or flushed. That’s why blush is the year-round queen of cheeks, while bronzer is your go-to for an all over glow.

As makeup couples go, the combo of blush and bronzer might not be the most obvious choice, but we believe some of the best looks come from applying them together. Just remember to use a light hand and blend well. Start with your bronzer first, applying it wherever you want to add a glow, then dust blush over your cheeks. Gorgeous!

3. The Smokeshow

If there’s one elusive makeup look that everyone wants to nail yet few know how, it’s a smokey eye. Like the LBD of the makeup world, the smokey eye is classic and sexy without being too ‘try hard.’

We believe everyone deserves the right to smoke up their eyes without requiring a master’s degree in makeup or needing an entire drawer full of eye shadows and liners. 5. Magic Mascara Duo

Last but not least comes the answer to every mascara mishap that ever happened, our whizz-bang Mascara Shield which doubles up with Like Magic Mascara in our final power couple of the day, the Magic Mascara Duo.

If you’re yet to be acquainted with the Mascara Shield allow us to indulge you for a hot minute because this little tool might look simple but it has many strings to its bow. Hold the entire shield under your bottom lashes and it protects the under eye area from mascara fall-out. Place it so you can see your eye through the middle of the shield, then hold it flat against your top lashes (as above) and it offers the same level of protection to your upper eyelids while also helping to curl the lashes as you mascara up.

If all that wasn’t enough, flip the shield over and it turns unto a rather convenient lash (and brow!) comb.
