RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love Woosh Beauty as much as we do, but no worries if it doesn't quite click with you! If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange/refund for any product ordered from wooshbeauty.com.
Just contact us at support@wooshbeauty.com with your order number, the email address you used to make the order, and the products you'd like to exchange/return, and we'll take it from there.
Once your refund is processed, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be reimbursed within 5-10 business days.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all U.S orders $60 and over.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada (with a flat shipping rate of $35 for Canada). As Woosh Beauty continues to grow, we hope to offer shipping across the globe, so stay tuned for updates!
We currently have two shipping methods that you can choose from via USPS:
Standard Shipping: $5.00; 2-8 business days
Expedited Shipping: $22; 1-3 business days
Please note that all orders received Monday through Friday by 12 pm EST are processed and shipped that same day, while orders received after this time are shipped the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays ship the next business day.

All cosmetics in our palettes (Fold Out Face®, Fold out Complexion® Kit, Fold Out Eyes®) are made in the USA. All products are safety tested and ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
All of our Fold Out® palettes are refillable with the exception of the Fold out Face -Original. Some of our customers prefer to purchase a new palette every 4-6 months and not have to refill It.
We have lots of helpful makeup tutorials on the site and oftentimes, we can offer a quick FaceTime lesson pending availability of our in-house artist.

Woosh Beauty is Leaping Bunny certified as well as by PETA as vegan and 100% cruelty-free brand. We have never tested on animals and use only high quality synthetic bristles for all of our brushes. Our brand is centered around ethical business practices and we believe that cruelty-free is an essential part of that.
All of the formulas in our Fold Out Face® palette are free of sulfates, parabens, fragrances, gluten, and are dermatologist-tested. For a complete list of all ingredients please look at the individual product page.
All Woosh Beauty cosmetics are formulated to be safe for our customers and friendly to the environment.
All cosmetics are phthalate-free, PFAS-free,paraben-free, gluten-free, and sulfate-free and dermatologist tested.
WOOSH BRUSHES
Every Woosh brush is designed by our team in the U.S. and then hand made in China. Our bristles are animal cruelty-free and soft to the touch. They offer excellent product pickup, especially with our triple milled mineral based formulas.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHOD
You can access the status of your order and history by referring back to your confirmation email or by logging into your Woosh Beauty account.
We are happy to cancel your order if we are notified in time to catch it before it goes out. For assistance, please contact us at support@wooshbeauty.com with your name and order number and someone will respond to you shortly.
If your order has been canceled it could be that your order has been flagged for “High Risk of Fraud” or there was something wrong with your billing information. Contact us at support@wooshbeauty.com and we will help you sort it out!
Please check that the card details you have entered including expiration date, billing address and security code are all correct. If the info is correct, please contact your card issuer directly as the payment may have been declined for other reasons. If you are in need of further assistance, contact us at support@Wooshbeauty.com.
If your package says it has been delivered but never received please contact us at support@Wooshbeauty.com to solve this issue.
If you have received the wrong product(s) please contact us at support@wooshbeauty.com and we help resolve It.
Woosh Beauty accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and AfterPay. For security reasons please make sure that the billing name and address match the credit card used for payment.
Unfortunately, some items can get damaged through the delivery process so please contact us at support@wooshbeauty.com with your name and order number to claim a damaged package.
