What is your return policy
It’s hard to please everyone… but we try! You can return any Woosh Beauty product within 30 days of purchase – opened or unopened. Just mail your return back to us at:

Does Woosh Beauty accept exchanges?
For safety reasons, we do not re-sell any product that has left our warehouse, so we can’t do an even exchange, but please email us at hi@wooshbeauty.com so we can try to figure something out!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all U.S orders $35 and over.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada (with a flat shipping rate of $35 for Canada). As Woosh® Beauty continues to grow, we hope to offer shipping across the globe, so stay tuned for updates!
What are your shipping methods and times?
We currently have two shipping methods that you can choose from via USPS:
Standard Shipping: $4.95; 2-8 business days
Expedited Shipping: $18; 1-3 business days
Please note that all orders received Monday through Friday by 12 pm EST are processed and shipped that same day, while orders received after this time are shipped the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays ship the next business day.
FOLD OUT FACE QUESTIONS
How do I know what Fold Out Face works best for my skin color?
It’s so easy! Check out our video shade finder and that should help you finalize your shade choice. You can also live chat us, text us, or email us at hi@wooshbeauty.com with a selfie and we will shade match you immediately.
Where is the Fold Out Face made and where does it ship from?
All cosmetics in the Fold Out face are made in the USA. All products are safety tested and ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
Does the Fold Out Face makeup palette have refills?
We do not offer individual refills for the Fold Out Face. The Fold Out Face was specifically priced and designed to be eco friendly and disposable so that you can feel good about replenishing the entire palette every 4-6 months.
I'm having trouble using some of the products – do you have tutorials?
We have lots of helpful makeup tutorials on the site and oftentimes, we can offer a quick FaceTime lesson pending availability of our in-house teacher.

Are Woosh Beauty products cruelty - free?
Woosh® Beauty is certified by PETA as a 100% cruelty-free brand. We have never tested on animals and use only high quality synthetic bristles for all of our brushes. Our brand is centered around ethical business practices and we believe that cruelty-free is an essential part of that.
What ingredients are in your cosmetics?
All of the formulas in our Fold Out Face palette are free of sulfates, parabens, fragrances, gluten, and are dermatologist-tested. For a complete list of all ingredients please look at the individual product page.
Are Woosh Beauty products all natural?
All Woosh Beauty cosmetics are formulated to be safe for our customers and friendly to the environment. All cosmetics are phthalate-free, PFAS-free,paraben-free, gluten-free, and sulfate-free and dermatologist tested.
WOOSH BRUSHES
Where are your brushes made and where do they ship from?
Woosh’s cruelty-free brushes are made in China. All products are safety tested and ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
What are Woosh brushes made of?
All of our brushes are animal cruelty-free and made from soft, nature-inspired synthetic bristles. 100% Vegan.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHOD
How do I track the status of my order?
You can access the status of your order and history by referring back to your confirmation email or by logging into your Woosh® Beauty account.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We are happy to cancel your order if we are notified in time to catch it before it goes out. For assistance, please contact us at hi@wooshbeauty.com with name and order number and someone will respond to you shortly.
What does it mean when my order has been canceled?
If your order has been canceled it could be one of a few reasons. Usually a canceled order has been flagged for “High Risk of Fraud” or there was something wrong with your billing information. Contact us and we will help you sort it out!
Why has my payment method been declined?
Please check that the card details you have entered including expiration date, billing address and security code are all correct. If the info is correct, please contact your card issuer directly as the payment may have been declined for other reasons. If you are in need of further assistance, contact us at hi@Wooshbeauty.com.
What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?
If your package says it has been delivered but never received please contact us at hi@Wooshbeauty.com to solve this issue.

If you have received the wrong product(s) please contact us at hi@Wooshbeauty.com for further assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Woosh® Beauty accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and AfterPay. For security reasons please make sure that the billing name and address match the credit card used for payment.
What do I do if an item of my order has arrived damaged?
Unfortunately, some items can get damaged through the delivery process so please contact us at hi@Wooshbeauty.com with your name and order number to claim a damaged package.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We sure do! Follow us on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok) and sign up for our newsletter. (We won’t spam you, we promise!)
How do I redeem a promotional code?
Go to "Your Shopping Bag" page and begin checkout. Enter your promo code in the text box marked "Discount" in the right hand corner and click "APPLY." When your promo code is accepted, it will automatically apply to your total. Please note that promo codes are not case sensitive. Only one promo code may be used per online order.
What if my promotional code isn't working?
If for some reason your promotional code doesn't apply to your total at checkout please contact us at hi@wooshbeauty.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I apply a promotional code to an E-Gift card?
Sorry, promotional codes do not apply to the purchase of e-gift cards.
How do I sign up for woosh beauty's newsletter?
You can sign up for our newsletter by entering your email at the bottom of our homepage in the box provided under "STAY IN TOUCH." You will automatically receive a code for 15% off your entire order just for signing up! This promo code never expires but can only be used once.
How can I unsubscribe from woosh beauty's email notifications.
We hope it doesn’t come to this, but if you'd like to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of every newsletter, click that link and you will be taken off of our list. We’ll miss you!
